Richard Neuman is an owner-side capital leader with more than three decades of experience leading the planning, governance, and delivery of complex capital programs. He has overseen more than $2 billion in capital investments across commercial real estate, healthcare, utilities, industrial, media, broadcast, and development.
Working closely with executive leadership, Richard has led infrastructure modernization, facility expansions, enterprise capital portfolios, and ground-up development initiatives. His experience spans the full capital project lifecycle—from strategic planning and governance through design, construction, commissioning, and occupancy.
Throughout his career, Richard has helped organizations navigate complex capital decisions, align stakeholders, and strengthen executive oversight of major initiatives. His work emphasizes the owner’s perspective, focusing on governance, organizational alignment, and executive decision-making that shape project outcomes long before construction begins.

Directed a capital portfolio exceeding $600 million across more than 125 facilities, introducing structured capital planning, governance, executive reporting, and portfolio oversight that improved organizational visibility and executive decision-making.
Commercial Real Estate
Led owner-side planning and execution of corporate office renovations, headquarters relocations, tenant improvements, and workplace modernization initiatives while coordinating executive stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
Healthcare
Managed capital improvements, medical office projects, and healthcare facility initiatives requiring operational continuity, regulatory coordination, and close collaboration with executive and clinical leadership.
