About Richard Neuman

Bio

Taking on a design and construction project comes with a lot of risks. I lead businesses through the daunting chaotic process by implementing processes that govern the occupancy planning tasks of architects, engineers, and contractors while managing budgets, schedules, construction, and closeout.

I develop and execute the project plan on behalf of tenants, facility managers, owners, owner/operators, landlords, and developers – particularly when they don’t have the industry knowledge, time or resources in-house to do it themselves.

Like the conductor of the orchestra, I ensure everyone plays in harmony – from cradle to cubicle.

Richard is Lead Project Manager, Capital Projects at National Grid, Downstate New York region and manages both small construction and large out of the ground development projects. His past specialties include office, industrial, senior living, healthcare, cultural institutions, higher education, research & development, K-12 independent schools, hospitality, public sector projects, and life planning senior living communities.
