Bio
Turning construction challenges into seamless success stories. As a freelance Owner’s Representative, I work exclusively in the owner’s or tenant’s best interests, managing the entire construction process to alleviate their burden and ensure a seamless experience.
From “cradle to cubicle,” I shepherd every aspect of the project, implementing project management frameworks, integrated project delivery, budget oversight, schedule optimization, quality control, and effective communication protocols. By overseeing the critical tasks of architects, engineers, contractors, and your vendors, I ensure projects are expertly managed, streamlined, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards—all while the owner focuses on their core business.
I specialize in turning ambitious visions into reality for tenants, facility managers, owners, owner/operators, landlords, and developers—particularly when they lack the in-house expertise, time, or resources to execute projects themselves. My approach ensures that projects not only meet but exceed expectations.
With extensive experience as an Owner’s Representative and Capital Projects leader in Metropolitan New York City, I’ve successfully managed a diverse portfolio, from small construction projects to $600M ground-up developments. I’ve led large teams and established the Long Island Project Management Office for JLL, consistently delivering results that speak for themselves. Throughout my career, I’ve driven success across various sectors, including commercial office, industrial, healthcare, life-science labs, higher education, Research & Development Labs, K-12 charter schools, hospitality, and large senior living communities.
