Managing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) projects is a daunting task for any size company. As a business you may be asking yourself, “How do I deal with all of the different components of a construction and relocation project without interfering with my day job?” or “How do I manage the vendors, architects and contractors while avoiding costly change orders and hidden costs?”
Over the past 25 years, I have provided Cradle to Cubicle guidance as an Owner’s Rep and tenant advocate to commercial tenants, hospitals and healthcare, broadcast facilities and charter schools. As Vice President in JLL’s Northeast region Project and Development Services group, my role is to lead businesses through the seemingly overwhelming challenges of construction and relocation, managing your budgets and project timeline.

• Pension Fund: Owner’s Rep for 50,000 sq ft gut renovation and relocation and mitigated approximately $300,000 in vendor over-charges.
• Hospital System: Managed numerous large group & laboratory relocations and restacks. Liaison between end users and Dept. of Facilities, Design & Construction.
• Law Firm: Owner’s Rep overseeing fit out of abandoned retail structure to high-end commercial office.
• Charter School: Planned logistics for relocation of four K-8 charter schools each shifting to a different facility while all buildings simultaneously under new construction or major renovation. Executed phased relocations; oversaw acquisition, delivery and installation of new furniture. The project was done during the summer break and ready for students at the start of the new semester.
